Viktor "Slick Vik" Nichols is a major recurring character on The Savages; he is a jock and football player for The Redhawks, as well as a junior student at James A. Masters High School.

Despite his rude persona, particularly towards Zachary Foxx in the first season, he has a quirky, airhead-like personality. In the season, he is the center of conflict, when he and former best friend Brian Gustin are caught in an inappropriate video scandal, thanks to Trae Ventura and Kalleb Banks.

Although he considers himself heterosexual, the romantic and sexual tension between Brian and Vik is obvious. In Season 2, Vik joins The Glamouflage, a super-clique formed by Joe Bender and Nate Osbourne.

He is portrayed by Dave Franco and is based on RamerV.

Storyline[]

<tabber> Season 1= Viktor, popularly known as "Slick Vik", is the central focus for the remainder of the season; Trae introduces Vik as one of the well-known high school jocks at James A. Masters High School, while intimating "slick" means something different which would foreshadow Vik's conflict of the season. In the beginning, Vik appears briefly as one of Trae's fellow classmates in English class, where he appears to be unintelligent and slacks with paying attention in class.

However, he also appears to be very snarky, cocky and rude to his then-teammate Zachary by acknowledging him as the "waterboy" of the football team. When he continues to bully him, alongside his closest friend Brian and Matt, he gets into a confrontaiton with him after he quits the night of a football game. He goes face to face with Zachary as well as members of The Savages, warning him to leave him alone. Situations worsen, however, when Vik is caught by Zachary in a sexual act with Brian in the locker rooms. (The Mafia, The Devil's Protégé)

Vik is more so unaware until The Savages sabotage a mandatory assembly, and the video of him and Brian is exposed on a projector screen. Baffled, he and Brian immediately confronts Zachary, assuming he did it; however, he gets into a physical altercation with Trae. Vik is traumatized by the exposure, and an investigation is developed by principal Rose De VIl to figure out who did it. When Trae is considered the first suspect, Vik assumes it is him at first. (The Boomerang Effect, The Feminist Manifesto)

With this, Vik denies any romantic feelings for Brian, claiming that he broke up with Sena beforehand and that he was forced. However, Brian admits his feelings for Vik, depsite the obvious rejection. This creates a rift in their friendship, especially when the video goes viral on social media when someone leaks it. The two get into a physical altercation at Felix's party prior to their dispute. (The School For Scandal, The Psychological Warfare)

With his reputation tarnished, Vik becomes eager to find out who leaked the video, knowing that the riot with The Savages and Trae's shooting overshadowed the investigation. At Felix Winchester's party after the riot, Vik comes to a realization of who it could be, after someone, revealed to be Kalleb, tells him. The next day, Viktor reports Dirty Dan for the video scandal, and he ends up getting arrested and charged with revenge porn. However, Vik is oblivious to the truth that the real culprits were Trae and Kalleb all along. (The Beast Unleashed) |-| Season 2= Weeks after the events from the beginning of junior year, Vik hopes to file a lawsuit against James A. Masters High School prior to suffering from all of the events that happene dot him. With this, he tries to ask for Felix, as he did in the Season 1 finale, to network for a lawyer (who would be Felix's mother). He asks Kyler and The Moneybags to help him find Felix, as they all realize that he has been missing since the night of his party. When they end up arriving at his house, his mother Kirsten reveals that he has been missing, and his family has gone bankrupt. (The Alibi)

Eventually, when Felix is revealed to be dead, Vik decides not to file the lawsuit yet, despite his isolation from everyone, Brian and his own teammates. Joe, however, takes note of this and tries to convince him to join The Glamouflage to redeem himself from his previous reputation woes. Vik declines, at first, and calls the proposal a "carbon copy" of The Savages. However, when Joe tells Vik that Trae was the main person responsible for the video, and not Dirty Dan, Vik confronts Trae the next day about it, and warns him, hinting that he would join The Glamouflage. (The Conflict of Interest, The Rose That Grew From Concrete)
